Job Description
  • Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
  • Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of operation; maintenance and repair of boilers; electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing and mechanical equipment.
  • Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
  • Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
  • Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of the electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
