Job Description

Facilities Supervisor $30/Hour + OT Opportunities + WEEKLY Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team, and working in a unique environment? We're looking for a Facilities Supervisor to help keep a performing arts theater running smoothly and looking show-ready! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, enjoys a fun and easygoing team environment, and has an interest in theater or live events.
Key Requirements:
Supervisory experience is requiredConstruction, contracting, building maintenance, or similar experience preferredCustodial experience is preferredExperience effectively supervising and scheduling employeesGeneral building and HVAC maintenance knowledgeBasic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpet repair skillsComfortable performing hands-on cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, vacuuming, and moppingBasic computer skills required for scheduling and online HVAC controlsInventory management experience is a plusAbility to coordinate contractors, vendors, repairs, and service providersHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredOSHA/Hazmat training is a plusSchedule flexibility is required, especially during productions and events
Shifts:
During Off Season:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM During Shows & Productions:
Schedule will vary based on the event calendar. Evening and weekend availability is required, and some shifts may run until approximately 11:00 PM.Flexibility is a must for this position.
