Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Associate to join our team in a fun indoor sports facility environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, organized, and conducive to a positive experience for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hospitality and operational skills, with a focus on providing excellent service in various settings. Only 21+ candidates, as the role requires handling alcohol. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and event spaces. Assist with setup and breakdown of events, including equipment arrangements. Provide support in food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service during sales activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times. Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling tasks. Address guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance their experience. Skills Background in hospitality or food service environments is preferred. Experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to assist guests effectively.
