Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Implement best practices for energy efficiency and cost control. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance operations, construction, building trades, or related fields, preferably across multiple sites. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing maintenance teams and supervising staff. Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general construction. Excellent organizational, planning, and budgeting skills. Ability to balance administrative duties with hands-on operational responsibilities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
