Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Golf Facility Assistants to help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for the Hamilton community at our facility. This role includes collecting and cleaning golf balls, maintaining the practice areas, and supporting daily facility operations. Pay for Summer Employment is based on the current Student Wage Guidelines, with hourly rates of $16.00, $16.25 and $16.50 available. Key Responsibilities Collect golf balls from the driving range using the ball picker/range cart Wash, sort, and refill golf balls in dispensing machine Keep the driving range, tee areas, and surrounding grounds clean and organized Ensure safety procedures are followed while operating equipment Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Basic knowledge of golf is helpful but not required Schedule May 25, 2026 - August 26, 2026 (potential to work during school year if available) Workers are needed for a 2 hour midday and 2 hour evening shift everyday (flexible start times) Including evenings, weekends, and holidays if able
