POSITION OBJECTIVE

Assist Facilities Lead and Mechanics with general building and equipment maintenance and repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working under the supervision of the

Facilities Lead and Mechanics:

• Perform minor facility repairs
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work
• Perform machine maintenance
• Perform building maintenance including drywall and painting
• Maintain lighting and flooring conditions
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance
• Must be ablet to lift to 50 pounds
• Experience with power tools

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
• 1-2 years' experience in above
• Ability to work independently

The role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of tools and equipment throughout the workday.
