Rochester, NY Salary:
$95,000.00- $110,000.
You bring:
8-10 years in property management, construction, or capital projects—preferably in multifamily housing. 5+ years leading multi-site or regional maintenance and facilities teams. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Experience managing RFPs, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects Familiarity with HUD, REAC, NSPIRE, and LIHTC inspection and compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CMMS platforms. Skill in developing and managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and optimizing costs. Bachelor's degree preferred; OSHA 30-Hour, IFMA/BOMA, or similar certifications a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel. How You'll Make an Impact Every day, you'll ensure our communities operate smoothly and safely: Champion operational excellence- oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple affordable housing communities. - ensure readiness for HUD, NSPIRE, REAC, and LIHTC inspections. Lead and mentor
- support site maintenance and area facilities teams through training, coaching, and leadership development. Collaborate strategically
- work with Property Management and Asset Management to align operations with budget, compliance, and capital goals. Enhance performance
- track KPIs, preventive maintenance, and asset performance to ensure continuous improvement. Promote safety
- champion OSHA standards and ensure a consistent safety culture across all maintenance operations. Innovate and improve
