Responsibilities The Maintenance Foreman position is part of the Maintenance Team. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following): Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of company facilities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for buildings, utilities, and equipment. Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, security, lighting, and other building systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local building codes, fire codes, and environmental regulations. Coordinate facility renovations, expansions, and capital improvement projects. Manage outside contractors and service providers. Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed. Help at arriving at emergency preparedness plans and disaster recovery programs. Oversee facility security systems, access control, and physical security measures. Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, permits, and compliance reports. Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workplace improvements. Respond to facility emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly. Systems Used Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) CSI UKG Requirements A Bachelors or Associate degree in Facilities management A minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing, industrial or commercial Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems. Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, environmental regulations, and building codes. Would be an added advantage Ability to climb ladders and stairs when necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours. Compensation An annual salary of $60,000
  • 70,000 commensurate with experience.
