As the Maintenance Foreman, you will be a results-oriented team player who drives accountability, quality, and efficiency across the facility. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of company facilities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for buildings, utilities, and equipment. Manage critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire protection, security, and lighting. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, local building codes, fire codes, and environmental regulations. Coordinate facility renovations, expansions, and capital improvement projects. Manage outside contractors, vendors, and service providers. Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure corrective actions are completed. Assist in developing emergency preparedness plans and disaster recovery programs. Oversee facility security systems, access control, and physical security measures. Support company-wide energy conservation and sustainability initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment documentation, permits, and compliance reports. Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workplace improvements. Respond promptly to facility emergencies and resolve operational issues. Qualifications & Requirements A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Facilities Management preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting. High Voltage experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems. Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel), CSI, and UKG systems. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, environmental regulations, and building codes is considered an added advantage. Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs when necessary. Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to respond to facility emergencies outside of normal working hours.
