Salary Range The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $19.32 to $28.98 per hour. (Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements). The Impact You Can Make The Plant Operations Coordinator (POC) provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Engineering, and to those departments under Facilities Management direction. This position provides support to department leaders and performs varied administrative functions in a responsible and confidential manner. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities) Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls to expedite office workflow. Arrange and assemble materials for meetings, type correspondence and reports, maintain correct filing system, communicate Director's instructions and desires to individuals/departments. Calendar management is essential. Create and maintain spreadsheets as needed to support data collection and presentation. Coordinating renovations, and general office move requests. Coordinate move with all parties necessary to execute in a timely manner. Attend meetings and take minutes, correspond with departments, and team members to retrieve necessary data for meetings and reports. Maintains status reports of the Construction and Renovation Committee activities. Collect and maintain Physical Environment activities from members and compile for PE and PI meetings and Board use. Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years' experience; 5 years' recent experience in general office/health care administrative support role is preferred; administrative support experience required.
Licenses:
Valid driver's license is required.
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to organize, prioritize & communicate effectively Basic math skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
