Build Something That Matters - Join Mozaic as a Facilities Specialist II Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Specialist II to help maintain safe, functional, and welcoming environments across our agency locations. As a Facilities Specialist II, you will play a key role in keeping our buildings and grounds operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep. You'll assist with renovation projects, conduct preventive maintenance inspections, operate power tools and equipment, and support seasonal grounds maintenance, including snow removal. You'll also help ensure agency facilities remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for the people we support and our employees. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to maintaining environments where people can thrive. The role also participates in an on-call rotation for evening and weekend facility needs.
