Job Summary Energo is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Specialist to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming office environment at our Woodside headquarters. This role is essential to keeping our workspace organized and presentable for employees, clients, and visitors.
Job responsibilities will include:
Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and conference rooms daily Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors daily throughout the facility Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, windowsills, and equipment daily Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (paper towels, soap, coffee/tea supplies, etc.) Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals and supplies Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Perform light deep-cleaning tasks periodically (carpets, upholstery, etc.) Qualifications Work from 1pm to 9pm nightly, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from Oct 1st through April 30th required Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment Trustworthy and respectful of a professional office environment Ability to handle sensitive company and employee information with strict confidentiality Detail-oriented and thorough Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
