Facilities Manager

Job Description The Site Manager is the senior-most leader on-site, responsible for full operational ownership of the data center. This individual serves as the primary decision-maker, overseeing strategy, safety, compliance, vendor coordination, and long-term facility reliability. Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage 400MW power supply contracts and technical coordination with the utility provider (FirstEnergy).
• Own and manage the annual operating budget (OPEX) while ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Lead external coordination with third parties, including liquid cooling service providers and specialty maintenance vendors.
• Establish and enforce site-wide operational standards, escalation procedures, and emergency response leadership during critical events such as power fluctuations or outages.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual obligations.

• 10-15 years of progressive data center or mission-critical facility management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing hyperscale or large-scale data center facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor laws, OSHA regulations, and safety compliance frameworks.
• Proven crisis-management and executive decision-making capabilities.
