A Facilities Specialist or Coordinator is in charge of building and equipment maintenance, building security systems, emergency plans, often for specific buildings only. May be involved in planning of new facilities. Acts as contact person between employees and outside contractors.
Friday, Sept 25th, 10am-3pm & 7pm - 12am, Saturday, Sept 26th, 10am-2pm & 2pm-1am, Sunday, Sept 27th, 10am-2pm & 2pm-8pm Can work multiple shifts, but not required. Just have to be available for the entire duration of a shift.

Facilities Associate responsibilities include:
Maintaining restrooms and other areas inside the museum. These areas are closed off to the public, but will need to be maintained for the benefit of employees and festival workers. Clearing and cleaning tables and chairs throughout the festival grounds. Tables will be in constant use by festival goers, so ongoing monitoring and cleanup will be necessary. Pick-up trash bags, change can liners, and transport trash to dumpsters for pickup. (Trash duties can be physically demanding, and heavy lifting will be required). Parking - Will also need some people to help direct cars on where to park for the event as there will be some specific designated parking lots that will need to be managed to ensure only vehicles with parking passes are able to enter. Facilities Associate requirements and working environment include: The festival is outdoor and will happen regardless of the weather conditions. Associates will be standing on their feet the majority of their shift. Breaks will be provided, and there is complimentary food and beverages provided (Break area is indoors) Attire for working the event would be plain shirts (PrideStaff shirt provided) and pants (khakis) with comfortable shoes. Associates are encouraged to bring a change of clothes with them. The event is expected to draw close to 30,000 people over the three-day weekend.
