About the
Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support operations at a dynamic industrial and manufacturing site spanning approximately 155,000 square feet across 26 acres. This active environment supports production and logistics operations, requiring strong coordination across vendors, systems, and stakeholders to ensure seamless facility performance. In this role, you will be essential to maintaining operational continuity through effective scheduling of work orders, accurate asset management within systems (including SI7), and proactive communication. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage vendor relationships while fostering a collaborative and trusted client partnership.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and schedule work orders to ensure timely completion and alignment with site priorities. Maintain and update asset data within SI7, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and system integrity. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, tracking requests through to resolution. Partner with vendors and contractors to coordinate services and monitor performance outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, proposals, and vendor records. Track and report on operational metrics to support visibility and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and reporting standards. Monitor site services such as waste management and support overall facility operations
