Facilities Manager Meridian Senior Living $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly United States, Ohio, Oregon 3450 Seaman Road (Show on map) Apr 07, 2026 Qualifications Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)
Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
Ability to perform resident room renovation
Must be familiar with fire and life safety prevention equipment
Required to perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment
Must have valid driver's license
