Facility Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. Duties:

Assist with facilities maintenance tasks of general upkeep to ensure optimal building operations. Support the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules. Perform residential cleaning, sweeping and removal of unused products to maintain the facility's appearance and safety standards. Coordinate with material and maintenance teams ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally, fostering a positive environment for all facility users. Shifts (non rotating): 1st Shift - 6:00AM to 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday 2nd Shift - 2:00PM to 10:30 PM Monday thru

Friday Experience:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing, hospitality, or residential projects. Hands-on experience with organization, cleaning, removal of unused products is highly desirable. Ability to be trained in operating a tow motor safely. Experience in a hotel, manufacturing or medical facilities setting is preferred. Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors. Other tasks as assigned.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
