- Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3 months of relevant administrative or clerical experience Beginner proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook What Makes You Stand Out
- Preferred Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems Experience supporting procurement, invoicing, or purchase order processes Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Previous experience supporting facilities, operations, or administrative teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $55,900•$68,310.
