This is a hands-on role — you'll be the person who keeps the property clean, the records accurate, and the customers taken care of. Much of your time will be spent working independently, so we're looking for someone who takes ownership without needing to be checked on. What you'll do Open and secure the facility gate; walk the property and complete unit audits Check in new tenants, process move-outs, and inspect vacated units Take payments and follow up with delinquent accounts by phone, text, and email Note maintenance issues and keep the office, guest restroom, and grounds clean and picked up Keep leases, files, and other admin paperwork organized and up to date What we're looking for Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working on a computer — email, basic software, entering payments and account notes Able to lift 25-50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather while walking the property Comfortable making collection calls and having direct, professional conversations with customers Must be able to pass a background check — this role handles cash and customer payments Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required Previous experience in self-storage, property management, or retail is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person.
