Salary :
$44.83- $60.52 hourly / $93,246.40 - $125,881.60 annually
Bilingual Pay Benefit :
This position qualifies for up to an additional 5% of base salary for bilingual pay. Minimum Qualifications Experience Five years of increasingly responsible facilities project experience including two years of project management responsibilities. At least two years of related supervisory or lead responsibilities. Education Bachelor's degree in architecture, or related field from an accredited college or university; a Masters Degree is desirable. Background - Must pass a CJIS level 2 background check. License Valid Oregon driver's license (or, the ability to obtain by date of hire); must pass driving records check and, if hired, maintain a driving record that meets the City's standard. Certifications Possession of a certificate of registration as a Architect in the state of Oregon. Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) (or related facility management certification) preferred.
