Job SummaryHopscotch has a wonderful opportunity for a Facilities Ambassador who is passionate about cleanliness, visual upkeep, and guest experience. This role supports the Facilities Coordinator and works closely with the entire team to ensure the space is always safe, clean, and visually aligned with our high standards.

The Facilities Ambassador plays an important role in the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of the space helping ensure everything runs smoothly and looks its best for every guest. A successful candidate will take initiative, communicate clearly, and bring a strong sense of pride and ownership to their work. They should be dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the entire facility, including the gallery, lounge and restrooms..Assist with basic repair and maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Facilities Coordinator.

Perform routine walkthroughs to ensure the space is clean, safe, and presentable for guests.

Complete daily facility checklists to ensure all cleaning and reset tasks are done consistently and on time.

Help execute weekly and monthly deep clean routines across all areas of the facility.

Provide paint touch-ups, light cleaning, and resetting of interactive art installations as needed.

Help restock maintenance and cleaning supplies as directed.

Open and close the facility as assigned, ensuring all areas are guest-ready before doors open.

Assist with resetting and maintaining the visual integrity of installations and spaces throughout the day.

Support art exhibit installs, furniture moves, and event setups under team direction.

Communicate facility needs or repair issues to the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator.

Follow all safety and operational procedures during maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Use basic tech tools such as Google Workspace and email for task updates and communication.

Stay up-to-date on all internal communications, including Hotschedules and team emails.

Represent the Hopscotch brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care when working in and around public spaces.
