Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The role is multifaceted and requires adaptation and flexibility. In this role, which relies heavily on being customer service oriented, the Facilities Specialist lives Power's motto which is "Relentless Dedication to Improvement". The Facilities Specialist is responsible for overseeing the physical maintenance and operation of HQ, any Power Territory without a local Facilities presence, and supporting Facilities personnel at the territory level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Maintenance of facilities and equipment at HQ and assigned satellite territories Installs, maintains, or moves different pieces of equipment around the office Fix maintenance problems that arise at both HQ and satellite territories Researches and communicates with vendors Actively communicates with relevant parties at HQ and satellite territories Handles daily communications between Power and property management company Manages security POC for access to, and the printing of, HQ ID badges Maintains the office supply inventory Organizes the mail, deliveries, and dry cleaning Front desk administration to greet guests, direct incoming interviews, and complete the offer process with HQ interview candidates Give tours of the HQ office space Orders Business cards Coordinates and hold or contribute to in-person, telephonic or virtual facilities vendor meetings Facilitates and oversees logistics such as storage of supplies, materials, and inventory Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed. Directs non-facilities related questions to the proper parties Provides assistance with events Actively collaborates with the territory People Support team with office engagements and other tasks as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational projects and initiatives. Supports Fleet as needed Travels to support other Power Territories in all Facilities Territory Coordinator Tasks (Facilities Maintenance, Ordering, Fleet Tasks) Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem solving skills Proficient with Apple iWork Suite
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred
