Winter Cheerleading Coach

The Cheerleading Coach is responsible for overseeing the school's cheerleading program, promoting school spirit, teamwork, and positive student engagement through organized practices, performances, and events. Key responsibilities include teaching cheerleading techniques, choreography, and safety protocols; planning and leading regular practices; coordinating appearances at games and school functions; and ensuring all team activities align with school and athletic department guidelines. The coach also mentors student-athletes, encourages academic achievement, manages uniforms and equipment, and fosters a respectful, inclusive team culture. Strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in cheerleading or dance are essential for success in this role.
