The Facility Manager is responsible for full end-to-end ownership of on-site operations at the Broomall facility. This role oversees all functional workflows including intake, returns, refurbishment, inventory control, programming, quality control, and outbound operational support.

This leader ensures the facility operates efficiently, consistently, and at scaledriving throughput, accuracy, and compliance while supporting system stability and future ERP migration initiatives. The role is highly execution-focused with strong emphasis on operational discipline, workforce leadership, and continuous process improvement.
