Job Description
Job Description Summary This role reports directly to the Sr Site Maintenance Facilities Manager and is responsible for bridging the gap between facility management, construction projects, and day-to-day operations. The primary goal is to ensure that facility related projects are completed on time, within budget and to company standards. These projects include but are not limited to those impacting building and facilities generating employee engagement and improving employee satisfaction.
Job Description Essential Functions:
Assist in the development of project timelines, scopes of work, and budget estimates. Coordinate daily activities between internal teams and external contractors as it pertains to assigned projects Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Ensure they adhere to safety protocols and project specifications. Maintain clear lines of communication with stakeholders. Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for leadership. Maintains the highest standards of integrity while complying with company initiatives and administering local policies. Manage project budgets and ensure they are delivered on time and in compliance; provide guidance as necessary. Takes initiative in launching new engagement and retention programs tailored to the workforce's needs. Establish and maintain formal and informal listening channels, including employee forums and pulse surveys, to capture, analyze, and act upon the feedback resulting from implemented projects.Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 4 years of related experience),
- 3+ years of related experience Additional skills preferred:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
