H.R. Ewell, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop & Facilities Support Associate to help keep our shop, yard, and facilities clean, organized, and operating efficiently. • Clean shop floors, overhead doors, man doors, and windows.
• Maintain the shipping and receiving entrance.
• Organize and clean the parts room.
• Clean the shop sink and mezzanine.
• Empty trash throughout the facility.
• Maintain concrete aprons, sidewalks, and flower beds.
• Transport shredding to the farm.
• Keep the fuel bay clean and free of trash.
• Pick up trash and debris around the property, driveways, and parking lots.
• Wash and clean company vehicles. Additional Responsibilities
• Running parts as needed.
• Filling fluid jugs for drivers.
• Snow removal.
• Maintenance projects.
• Wash bay operations.
• Janitorial duties as a backup when needed. Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull tools, supplies, trash, parts, and other materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, washing, shoveling, and moving materials.
• Ability to climb stairs, access a mezzanine, and safely work around shop and facility areas.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• Ability to safely operate or assist with cleaning, maintenance, snow-removal, and other equipment as assigned.
• Ability to work around vehicles, shop equipment, cleaning products, dirt, grease, and other typical shop and maintenance conditions.
