• Job Description
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidance + Assist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.

+ Perform routine and non-routine duties independently + Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions + Keep abreast of current developments and trends in professional area + Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job + Use power tools to complete tasks and projects + Complete and/or assist with basic to mediocre carpentry projects + Maintain inventory of supplies + Maintain outside grounds + Give general assistance to supervisor + Assist with processes related to recycling and general trash removal + Effectively us Maintenance Connection for work orders + Communicates effectively with client staff members + Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner + Performs other duties as assigned
