Job Description
Overview Facilities Manager:
B-Three Solutions Plum Borough, PA | Full-Time or Part-Time Considered | Competitive Salary Based on Experience Responsibilities B-Three Solutions is seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities Manager to maintain and improve our offices, shops, equipment, and multi-site operations. Responsibilities include routine and preventive building maintenance, troubleshooting basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction issues, coordinating outside vendors, maintaining tools and supplies, supporting access control and security equipment, and handling light construction, mounting, cabling, furniture assembly, and other general facility needs. The position may also provide support at customer and pilot locations, including occasional travel and short overnight stays in West Virginia, Ohio, and other locations as our customer base expands. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building trades, property maintenance, or a similar field; strong troubleshooting skills; and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work are required. Experience with low-voltage systems, networking, access control, multi-site operations, or project coordination is a plus.
