Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in facilities management processes, enhance safety protocols, and optimize the functionality of our physical environment to support business operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and management skills in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Duties Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks Oversee the operation and repair of mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and low voltage wiring Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules Conduct engineering troubleshooting using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to resolve complex mechanical or electrical issues Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations through regular inspections and training sessions Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations with contractors and vendors while managing budgets and timelines Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, schematics, and system performance data Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or commercial environments Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, CMMS software, and engineering troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safety management practices to ensure a safe working environment Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Mechanical experience with low voltage wiring, electrical experience including Ohmmeter use for diagnostics Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Join us as a Facilities Manager where your expertise will directly impact operational excellence! Pay:
