Job Description

What You'll Be Doing Own the front-of-house experience — set the tone for every visitor, client, and candidate who walks in the door Design and manage workplace programs, events, and amenities that drive employee satisfaction and collaboration Oversee day-to-day office operations including cleaning, security, catering, supplies, and maintenance requests Manage third-party vendor relationships and monitor service quality against SLAs Assist with budget planning, cost tracking, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Support hybrid work initiatives and evolving space needs in partnership with HR, IT, and leadership Conduct routine site inspections and coordinate space planning and office reconfigurations Gather employee feedback and use data to continuously improve the workplace experience What They're Looking For 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, or office operations A polished, warm, hospitality-minded presence — this person sets the standard for the office environment Strong communicator and relationship-builder with genuine customer service instincts Experience managing vendors and service contracts Organized and project-management savvy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace/service management platforms Comfortable and confident in a financial services or professional services environment Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered IFMA, IWFM, or other FM/Workplace Strategy certification a plus
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
