TBD What's the Job? Manage relationships with a portfolio of 100+ active vendors and serve as the primary point of contact. Administer vendor contracts, renewals, amendments, and service agreements throughout the contract lifecycle. Ensure vendor compliance with insurance requirements, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), licenses, and regulatory standards. Monitor vendor performance through SLAs, service quality metrics, response times, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Vendor Onboarding teams to support service execution, payment processes, and performance improvement initiatives. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, contract administration, or vendor administration. Experience managing a large portfolio of vendors or service providers. Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, vendor compliance, and risk management. Experience with insurance requirements, COIs, licensing, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
