Position:
Facilities Coordinator Pay Rate:
$34.79/hour (on W2)
Contract Length:
1 year (Based on a 2,120 total hour allocation)
Location:
Hybrid (In office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; work from home on Wednesday and Friday) Houston, TX 77002-2700
Work Hours:
Schedule:
8 hours per day / 40 hours per week Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Responsibilities Work with the Facilities Team to monitor USPC Facilities mailbox requests at all times. Assist with parking requests Support Facilities and Workplace projects from planning to completion Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Assist with coordinating office moves, renovation, space planning, and furniture installation Track schedule, budgets, work orders, invoices and project updates Support maintenance coordination with vendors Serve as a liaison between employees and Property management on facilities-related requests to ensure a safe and efficient workplace environment •Travel may be required to field sites from time to time to assess furniture needs and other workspace requests from that site.
Qualification Assessment:
Must Have Education:
University Degree in relevant discipline (Not Mandatory)
