We are currently recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic Facilities team in El Dorado Hills.
Work Mode:
This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. The Facilities Coordinator supports daily facility operations and administrative processes that help maintain a safe, secure, and efficient workplace. This role partners with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure service requests, office services, and site support activities are handled effectively. Responsibilities Respond to Facilities Help Desk requests and manage service tickets and work orders in MicroMain Coordinate and dispatch facilities support for urgent issues and follow up with vendors and contractors on open work Generate, track, and close work orders while maintaining accurate service records Order and maintain department supplies, tools, safety equipment, uniforms, and other operational materials Coordinate meeting and conference room requests, including room setup and equipment needs Support vendor management activities, including onboarding, building access, badges, escorts, contracts, and COI tracking Process invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, credit card receipts, and monthly expense or finance reporting Maintain emergency contacts, approved vendor lists, and other department records and documentation Assist with building inspections, custodial and maintenance follow-up, signage, office or cubicle clearing, and landscape or vending program coordination Provide facilities support for site events and other workplace initiatives as needed Qualifications 5+ years of administrative or facilities coordination experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, follow direction, and work effectively under deadlines Dependable, punctual, and service-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including

Hourly Rate:
$26.00 to $28.00 USD per hour. Bonus Eligible.
