Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Building Operations & Maintenance o Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and other building systems.
o Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. o Respond to and resolve building maintenance issues in a timely manner. o Review invoices and approve payments according to company policies. o Assist Asset Manager with expense portion of budget process. o Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns. o Coordinate repairs and service work with contractors and vendors.
  • Vendor & Contract Management o Select, negotiate, and manage service contracts. o Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements. o Maintain positive relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Tenant Relations o Serve as the primary contact for facility-related tenant concerns. o Ensure prompt resolution of tenant service requests. o Communicate building updates, maintenance schedules, and emergency information to occupants. o Promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Safety & Compliance o Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies. o Manage emergency preparedness and response procedures. o Conduct safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions. o Maintain required records, permits, and certifications.
  • Project Management o Coordinate tenant improvement projects and building renovations.
o Manage project schedules, budgets, and contractor performance. o Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
