Job Overview The Firm Facility Services is looking for an experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing facility repair, maintenance, renovation and project work from initial scope through completion across client locations. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the work, communicates clearly and can manage multiple active projects without losing visibility into schedule, budget, vendors or client expectations. Duties Manage facility projects from initial request and scope through completion Coordinate vendors, technicians, subcontractors and field activity Develop and manage project schedules and budgets Review scopes, proposals, estimates and project documentation Maintain clear communication with clients throughout each project Track project status, costs, open items and completion requirements Identify issues early and work through them before they affect the client or schedule Coordinate work across multiple locations and markets Ensure completed work meets project scope and client expectations Maintain accurate project records and closeout documentation

Pay:
