Job Title:
Facility Project Manager Job Description Facility Services is dedicated to driving strategic project delivery excellence across the facility services portfolio. This role focuses on optimizing delivery mechanisms, establishing scalable delivery frameworks, and ensuring strategic alignment of facility projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. As a Facilities Project Manager, you will lead complex facility planning, design, and construction projects from concept through close-out. Operating with minimal supervision, you will serve as a technical authority across architecture, engineering, construction management, procurement, and regulatory compliance, supporting long-term asset strategy and operational continuity. Responsibilities Manage facility and corporate shared service projects from inception to completion. Lead facility planning, architectural/engineering design, and construction for complex capital projects. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, permitting, inspections, and quality control for projects valued between $5-10 million, managing 4-6 projects simultaneously. Ensure alignment of facility projects with business objectives to enhance operational continuity. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. 6+ years of experience in facilities planning, design, and construction management. Strong expertise in building systems, construction methods, codes, and permitting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with construction contract administration and field construction practices. Strong written communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Work Environment The position offers a flexible work schedule and is a full-time role. It requires visits to various field offices throughout the greater Puget Sound region, with most projects located in the south King County area. There is flexibility for working from home when available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kent, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
