    • Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:
    • + Responsible for the leasing, coordination and operation of various system-wide real estate projects + Coordinates the day-to-day needs of various real estate holdings. + Helps coordinate BayCare-wide facility management services. + Assists in the oversight of the property leasing department staff and departmental budget.
    • Minimum Qualifications:
    • + Required 3 years of Property Management; Or 3 years of negotiating contracts related experience + High School Graduate or Equivalent GED + Preferred Associate's Degree
