Transitional Housing Facility Marketing Director/Business Development

Elmira Recuperative Care is seeking a motivated and outgoing Business Development / Marketing Representative to help grow referrals and maintain bed occupancy at our recuperative care facilities. Our program supports low-income and homeless individuals who are being discharged from hospitals and need a safe place to recover and stabilize. We work closely with hospitals, health plans, case managers, social workers, and community organizations throughout Inland Empire or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health centers, social workers, case managers, and community organizations Conduct in-person visits and outreach to referral sources Present and explain our recuperative care services to healthcare and community partners Develop new referral partnerships and maintain existing relationships Follow up consistently with discharge planners and referral departments Help keep facility bed occupancy full through ongoing outreach and networking Represent the organization professionally in meetings, conferences, and community events Facilities are in San Bernardino County, so ideal to connect with hospitals in that area. You may work your own hours and will have access to a desk at our Glendale office.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with in-person networking and outreach Experience in healthcare marketing/community outreach Knowledge of homelessness services, Medi-Cal/CalAIM, or healthcare systems is a plus Self-motivated, organized, and professional

Elmira Recuperative Care provides short-term housing and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness who are recovering after hospitalization. We partner with hospitals, managed care plans, and community organizations to provide safe discharge placements and ongoing support.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
