Job Description
Qualifications Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Full-Time Facility Technician to join our maintenance team. In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility's exterior and interior spaces. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your basic handyman skills while supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Bring Golf Carts up to office/clubhouse each morning, ensure they are clean and tidy, and return to maintenance shed at the end of day. Ensure the clubhouse/office space is clean, tidy, and ready to open for business by 9am. Clean around the pool & common areas, clean pool bathrooms, empty and reline trash receptacles daily, blow off sidewalks and pickle ball court daily. Lawn maintenance around the community (common areas and maintenance yard) Maintain facilities equipment by performing preventive maintenance tasks aligned with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Assist with building interior maintenance projects including painting, carpentry repairs, and general upkeep. Lead or support small maintenance projects as needed to uphold facility standards. Errands/Jobs/Tasks requested by the manager and/or assistant administrator. Attend weekly staff meetings. Attend yearly out-of-town Training Conference. Whatever needs to be done.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
