Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management support, helping coordinate service delivery and tenant needs across the assigned area. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can support reporting, budgeting, and project implementation while helping improve operational efficiency and workplace satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Support the Area Manager with the implementation of short- and long-term client projects. Develop and implement programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including budget variance reporting for assigned properties. Assist with capital and expense budget management, annual management planning, and vendor performance oversight.
Required:
Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider setting, or as a consultant. Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of both technical and administrative staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint, plus computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
