Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming in hallways and office spaces. Clean break room/lunch room to include: tables, counters, microwaves, refrigerators and vending machines. Clean restrooms and locker rooms and fill appropriate dispensers. If applicable, clean water fountains and eye wash areas. Clean company Fitness Center to include: wiping down equipment and surface area, filling cup dispensers, vacuuming, moping and insuring antibacterial wipes are available. Empty trash and garbage containers in break/lunch rooms and various other locations. Pick up trash around the building. Maintains building and surrounding area performing minor and routine maintenance. Familiar with facilities maintenance such as painting, carpentry, caring for different building materials, side walk care (shoveling and spreading ice melt as needed). Periodically wash windows and other related maintenance activities as needed (change air filters and light bulbs). Organize and order supplies and keep materials neat and organized. Must wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Additional duties may be assigned as need.
