Job Description
Job Description This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial bank facility, including oversight of building engineers, a workplace coordinator, and all site activities. The Facilities Manager owns the full budget lifecycle, including CapEx and OpEx, with responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accuracy within Yardi. They support in-house project delivery by coordinating bid packages, working with procurement, and presenting projects to stakeholders for approval. This individual also serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring expectations are managed, contract scope is upheld, and the facility and grounds are running effectively.
