Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Facility Manager - SDK South Smoken Dakota Kennels is seeking a passionate, hands-on leader to join our team as the Facility Manager of our South Campus. This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both dogs and their people.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading and developing a team of pet care professionals Maintaining high standards of customer service and guest care Overseeing daily operations of boarding, daycare, grooming, and Splash Bark activities Managing staffing, scheduling, and team accountability Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the facility Building relationships with clients and creating memorable experiences
