In this role, you will oversee building operations, inspections, and small construction projects while supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining facility performance. Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities. Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using GSA formats. Provide Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) support for repair and alteration projects ranging from below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) up to prospectus-level projects. Perform inspections of federal and leased facilities to ensure compliance with terms Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts (e.g., janitorial, mechanical, elevator), and operational services.
