Job Description

Job Overview ACLF Licensed Executive Join our family-oriented premiere Assisted Living Facility in Donaldson, Nashville TN. Supportive, warm, and caring community-oriented staff and ownership seek a licensed ACLF professional leader who brings out the best in others to continue our growth and commitment to excellence. A take charge individual with vision and communication skills to build a cohesive team with staff, residents and their families. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of operations, including staff management, financial oversight, and compliance with regulations. The Executive Director, ACLF licensed Assisted Living Facility (ACLF) Administrator , is responsible for the overall management and operation of our facility; it includes overseeing staff, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations: Managing the facility's daily activities, including resident care, staffing, and maintenance.
Staff management:
Hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and support personnel.
Financial management:
Developing and managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring the financial health of the facility.
Regulatory compliance:
Ensuring the facility adheres to all relevant state and federal regulations.
Resident care and satisfaction:
Ensuring residents receive appropriate care and support, and that their needs and preferences are met.
Community relations:
Maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and the surrounding community.
Strategic planning:
Developing and implementing the facility's long-term strategic goals. Requirements Proven experience in operations management within an assisted living or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and best practices in senior care. Experience in supervising staff within a group home or similar environment. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management. Compassionate approach to care-giving with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for seniors. A valid ACLF - Assisted Living Facility Administration License and up to date on industry standards and regulations. Additional certifications in senior care are advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and ownership.
