Job Description

TruShine Car Wash is currently hiring for a Co-Manager Assistant at our location in Sevierville, TN. Come and be part of our growing team! Excellent starting pay and benefits offered. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation and be able to pass drug test and background check. Competitive pay and benefits offered. This is a full-time position offering Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision and 401K. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Guiding customers into the car wash. Checking/Preparing cars before they enter the wash. Basic outdoor property maintenance (empty trash, sweep parking lot). Assisting customers at the automated kiosks. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:

All work performed will be done outside in all types of weather. Moving vehicles heighten safety concerns, must stay alert and aware of surroundings. Be able to maintain a positive attitude, speedy service and great work ethic under pressure.

Qualifications:

At least one year of customer service experience. Car wash experience preferred, but not required. Management experience preferred, but not required. Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. Drug test and background check required

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
