- Facilities Coordinator We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
- Please let us know which schedule you prefer/would like: Monday-Friday from 9:00am
- 5:00pm. (This schedule is for Heavy Data entry) Monday
- Friday rom 11:00am
- 7:00 pm (This schedule is for Coordinating & Dispatching)
Payrate:
$18.00- 19.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, security systems and equipment. Schedule and supervise maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues, and take appropriate action to address them. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, warranties, and facility-related documentation. Assist with the planning and execution of office moves, renovations, and space utilization projects. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, equipment, and furniture for the office. Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding facility-related requests, inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolution. Assist with warehouse deliveries and other tasks as needed. Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) in facilities management, business administration, or related field. years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or related role. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay:
$18.00- $19.
