We are looking for a qualified Manager like you to join our Texas Health family.
Position Highlights Work location:
Texas Health Resources (Primary Location Fort Worth with some travel to other campuses on the West side of the metroplex) Core Work hours: Monday- Friday 8:00a
- 5:00p Leads all aspects of facilities capital projects program for a hospital campus.
- Leads the preparation of all project budgets.
- Leads the "job cost accounting" for all projects. Creates the original budget and establishes cost codes, reviews and approves all contracts, change orders, and invoices. Ensures all costs are captured and accurately coded. Creates cost reports for leadership. Vendor Management
- Leads the construction process for multiple ongoing projects. Negotiates all contract change orders with contractors. Establishes projecting phasing plans with hospital leadership in order to minimize and control negative impacts to ongoing hospital operations. Project Management
- Manages and coordinates the efforts of various departments and user groups involved in the project.
