About the
Role:
CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support a global energy client at its facilities in Beaumont, TX. This onsite role is focused on inventory and parts management, ensuring the efficient flow of materials that support day-to-day facility operations. You will play a key role in maintaining warehouse stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and supporting operational continuity across two local sites. This position includes regular local travel using a company vehicle to visit nearby facilities, suppliers, and retail locations to source parts and materials.
What You'll Do:
Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies across two facilities. Coordinate purchase, pickup, and delivery of materials from vendors and local stores. Track, log, and organize inventory, work orders, and vendor documentation. Respond to internal requests for parts, ensuring timely fulfillment. Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support facility operations. Monitor external activities and materials handling compliance. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for inventory and service orders. Address routine inquiries and resolve basic operational issues using established procedures.
