Facility Specialist (Full-Time) DuGood Federal Credit Union - 4.0 Beaumont, TX Job Details Full-time 3 days ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Facility Specialist (Full-Time) DuGood Credit Union is looking for a hands-on, problem-solving Facility Specialist to help keep our branches running smoothly, safely, and looking their best. What You'll Be Doing Think of this role as the go-to person for keeping our facilities in top shape.

Your day-to-day will include:

Staying on top of tasks using our electronic work log system. Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues quickly. Taking care of general building maintenance like carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, and basic HVAC repairs. Handling routine upkeep tasks such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, locks, and minor sprinkler repairs. Oversee maintenance of facilities to keep all locations clean, safe, and in great condition. Working with third-party vendors (cleaning crews, landscapers, carpet services, etc.) to ensure quality work and fair pricing. Assisting with projects like pressure washing, parking lot striping, weatherizing buildings, and special cleanups. Being part of our Disaster Recovery team, helping keep facilities operational during emergencies. Communicating updates, issues, and progress regularly with management and team members. What to Expect Must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday. On-call availability for building-related emergencies after hours. Work that includes both indoor and outdoor tasks across multiple branch locations What You Bring We're looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves: Demonstrated strong general maintenance skills required. 2-3 years of general maintenance experience (preferred). Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. Basic familiarity with electrical systems (a plus). Comfortable using tools, reading a tape measure, and staying organized. A team-player mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed. What You'll Need Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and be bondable. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely using proper gear. Why Join DuGood?
